One of our strongest tasting varieties, the Yugoslavian variety has a spicy and robust up-front flavour mellowing to a warm, pleasant aftertaste. Large, beige and slightly purple bulbs.
As seed, Yugoslavian garlic is a hard-working cultivar, producing 5-8 large and easy to peel cloves. Resilient and cold-hardy. This variety stores particularly well. A great option for folks starting out in garlic-growing.
