Collection: Culinary Garlic
Garlic is fragile. Culinary garlic is handled with care from the moment bulbs are first loosened from the soil during harvest, until they are safely on their way to you. Each bulb is inspected for disease or damage, a process done entirely by hand.
The garlic is extensively cured for flavour-depth, allowing each variety's distinct profile to surface. Whether that's buttery, earthy, nutty, gently sweet, or an eye-watering spice, the extensive curing process is all in the name of range; Range of flavour, and range in storage longevity. This process is detailed and intricate, but allows the results of year-round garlic. Locally grown and chemical-free.
